Request
For Proposal (RFP) Guidelines:
RFP’s
are key in communicating your needs and
desires so that your project will turn
out exactly the way you want while staying
within your budget. When filling out the
RFP it is very important that you are
as up front and realistic as possible.
Our aim is to provide the specific services
you are wanting while eliminating unnecessary
costs. Once you have answered the questionnaire
completely, be sure to take the time to
review your responses and include any
comments that may help us outline your
projects cost.
Be sure to include some background information
about your company and your desired audience.
Web Site Creation Strategy is another
really excellent tool for us (your vision
and our creative team) to communicate
with your true vision while we begin the
process. One thing to keep in mind is
creating a proper and solid image of your
company on-line is as important as you
are to your business, you may choose to
leave it to us to create the basic templates
of your new site or you can be as involved
(we have been known to work with customers
face to face until the wee hours of the
morning).
Once submitted, you should receive
your proposal within 72 hours. Be aware
that the RFP is a good faith estimate
of what your services will cost. In some
cases unexpected costs or last minute
changes can affect pricing and will be
addressed as they arise (we will never
perform additional work without your consent).
If additional information is needed to
complete your proposal you will be contacted
by a TD representative. Get started today
and watch as your business grows and becomes
more efficient.
